Going up? . . There’s nothing like updating your stairs to bring everything together, it’s often the first and last thing you see when entering a home. .... . The tread and risers were capped and a new handrail was installed. Stringers needed to be patched and the bottom 3 treads were reworked from being round to square. It was a tremendous amount of work to make this all come together and in hindsight, it may have just been easier to just rip them all out and start new. Tight squeeze? If you live in an older home you know, there’s usually not an abundance of space, especially when it comes to a main floor powder room! We created this two piece from an old pantry and front hall closet. By using the tankless toilet we were able to save nearly 10 inches of space - not to mention they look . . Best part - there’s still plenty of room in the front hall closet. It’s so important to maximize space where you can

Is Tiling Art? Yes or Yes?? Here are a few up close pictures of a small Niche we did on Project Fairview. Location was not ideal as we did not want to disrupt our feature wall with a Niche,the other side of the shower was an exterior wall and with all the shower blocking required around the valve we were up against it for layout. All in all, we made it work! ... Does anyone else think it’s looks better without than with grout?? Weird!
