New COVID Procedures Update Due to the new COVID restrictions that were announced on Monday, March 29, 2021 we will be adjusting our COVID procedures in order to meet new guidelines and be available for your escape room needs! The following are our updated ... COVID guidelines: GROUP SIZE RESTRICTIONS: We ask that all groups that come in to play a game limit their group size to 6 players belonging to the same household as per provincial recommended guidelines. If there is any indication that players are not from the same household, we reserve the right to refuse service. MASKS: As per provincial guidelines, all customers are required to wear a mask whilst inside our facility for the entire duration of the visit. That is to say that masks must be worn in the lobby, hallways and during your 60 minute game. It is important to note that the mask must simultaneously cover both the mouth and the nose. Players that do not wish to wear a mask will be asked to leave. SANITIZATION: We will continue with our sanitization procedures which is sanitizing all high touch areas after each group. This includes the lobby, themes, washrooms and any common areas. We encourage players to use hand sanitizer before and after their game for their and the safety of others. SOCIAL DISTANCING: Due to the size limitations of our lobby we ask that groups wait outside if there is already a group in the lobby. Social distancing markers have been placed on the floor to guide players so that we can maintain social distancing guidelines whilst other groups vacate the premises. SANITIZATION STATIONS: There will sanitization stations outside of each theme so that if you need to sanitize while in the room it will be available to you. LOCKERS: While we do maintain lockers for personal belongings as well as coat hooks for customers during their gameplay, we highly encourage customers to leave all non-essential items either at home or in their vehicles. FOOD AND DRINKS: Until further notice Food and/or Drinks including water bottles and coffee cups are not permitted inside our facility. LIABILITY WAIVER FORMS: All customers wishing to play a game with us are required to sign a special COVID-19 Liability waiver form. In this form, players agree to uphold and respect our COVID-19 protocols that are in place for the safety of everyone visiting our establishment. Escape Adventures Inc. is not liable for any potential exposure or contamination in regards to COVID-19. Any guests presenting any sign of illness will be asked to leave the premises. We thank everyone for your cooperation and understanding. We are aware that is this tough time for everyone and we hope that you will help us keep EXIT a place where everyone can feel safe.

COVID - 19 PROCEDURES UPDATE Per the new BC mandates we have looked at our procedures to help combat COVID - 19 and decided to make a cohesive post detailing all our procedures! As per the provincial mandate, masks are required the entire time you are in the building which includes in the theme are you are playing. It is to keep staff, your group and the groups after you safe. We will continue to have disposable masks available for $1 in store.... We are currently keeping our maximum amount of players in one theme to 6 people. Our lobby door is keep locked so that we can maintain the flow and social distancing recommendations. One group is aloud in the lobby at one time. All common areas are sanitized after each group. These include but are not limited to all surfaces, pin pad, pens, locks and everything in the rooms. As well, groups are kept in the theme until common areas are empty of other groups and the cleaning is finished so no cross group exposure occurs. As well, following provincial mandates, we recommend and expect that all players will honor the household or safe six rules surrounding exposure to other people, and keep their playing groups limited to those sizes/people. We are not responsible for any exposure or spread due to players not maintaining the proper group limitations or structures. Each person is responsible for maintaining their own person to person exposure. We are doing our absolute best to provide a safe and socially isolated activity for small groups to attend during this unprecedented times.
