Happy Earth Day! If youre looking for a simple Earth Day activity, try making a nameplate out of nature! Have your child collect some natural materials like twigs, leaves, and stems and then pencil their name on a piece of construction paper. Trace the penciled letters with glue (hot glue works best) and attach the natural materials. Ta da! #earthday2020 #earthdayactivity

Registration is now open for eXL's SUMMER PRE-SCHOOL GROUPS for children ages 2 to 6. Our pre-school / early learning groups are geared towards children who are ready to learn in a small group environment (3:1 ratio) and would benefit from learning classroom / school readiness skills. EARLY CLOSURE - TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12 eXL remains open for school and therapy this morning, however, weather conditions are expected to worsen significantly throughout the day, including snow, ice, freezing rain, and high winds. In the interest of safety for both our staff and clients, we have decided to close eXL at 12:00 p.m. today.... School students and children enrolled in full day therapy should be picked up by 12:00 p.m. All afternoon therapy sessions are cancelled. Stay safe everyone!

We spent our PD Day yesterday making ethics fun, sharing resources for #school and #aba, and, of course, team building! Not sure how we got so lucky but we seriously have the best staff ever!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful moms out there! eXL spent time this week reflecting on what makes our moms special and making some cute little gifts for them.

eXL is excited to announce that we will be running TWO summer camp programs this summer! eXL's full day inclusive summer camp is geared towards children ages 4-12 who could benefit from a boost in learning this summer! The camp program is run by experienced and qualified behaviour therapists who deliver an innovative language based program using the principles of ABA with a focus on SOCIAL SKILLS, ACADEMICS, GROSS MOTOR SKILLS, and OUTDOOR PLAY. Small group sizes and indivi...dualized programming accommodates campers with a variety of needs. eXL's half day BEE READY Speech-Language Summer Program is geared towards preschool aged children who could benefit from a boost in language development and learning before September. Supervised by a CASLPO registered Speech-Language Pathologist and run by experienced Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs), the Bee Ready program offers a theme based curriculum including circle time, arts and crafts, gross motor play, stories, songs, games, and more!
