We are looking for a Part Time Process Server to assist with the service of court documents on individuals that have defaulted on a loan, getting a divorce and much more. This job requires extreme attention to detail and organization. The Law Firms and Agencies we work for are all treated as top prior...ity and we excel in providing the best experience for all. Job Requirements: - Must be able to pass a criminal record check - Must have a valid, class 5 driver’s license - Must have a reliable vehicle - Must operate with the utmost amount of professionalism, tact and organization - Must sign confidentiality agreement - Must have the ability to print and scan documents Compensation: - Payment to the Agent is percentage based with a minimum rate of $45.00 - For any service job outside of the City/Town that you live in, it will be based off of a $0.45 PER KM travelled (this includes going to and returning from destination). We would like to take this opportunity to introduce a couple new individuals working for Express Process Serving! Kelly-Ann is in our office part time as our Bookkeeper. OFFICE MANAGER POSITION Description This position is to fill a Maternity Leave position starting March 2020. After a full year there is a possibility to stay on full time depending on work load.... Generating proofs of service, routing and managing all incoming services and efficiency of service of process,reviewing and submitting invoices, general administrative work as needed to include answering phones, photocopying, mail preparation, and emailing. Notarizing legal documents. Being a notary public would be an asset. REQUIRED: Versatile administrative and computer experience, customer service in any industry, legal experience, and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, the ability to adapt to and meet inflexible deadlines, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Legal Assistant experience would be an asset. PREFERRED: Legal knowledge, must be highly organized, case management, customer service background in phone environment.
