F45s slogan "Team Training, Life Changing" exists for a reason... it is because we believe training together with friends, in a community, creates a level of commitment and accountability you wont get by yourself. Many of you already train at F45 with a friend or family member and have seen the benefits. We are having a full week where you can bring a friend everyday with you for free! How Does it Work? - Get your friend to download our app and register an account (forward... them this email, link below) - Coordinate with your friend and book your classes (evenings and weekends only) - Reply to this email with the days and times of the classes you will both be attending - Then we will add them to the classes and contact them to say hello! Notes - This is for new visitors only (never done a class with us) - You can bring a different friend each day but only one per day - You must accompany them to class - Each day you bring someone in you will be entered into a draw to win 4 weeks free membership - If classes fill up we will add as needed - For the week of September 21-27 - For evening (5:30, 6:30) and weekend (morning) classes only We look forward to meeting your friends!
