We all know this but it’s nice to be reminded. How Humans Become Frail The 3 dimensions of frailty are time, diseases and disuse. The onset of disease is the result of internal system fatigue or external exposures that damage the body tissues, frailty can be a common result as disease grows. Medical technology has made the impact of disease significantly less. Disuse, also known as sedentary living or lack of activity is devastating to the physical systems. Quality of life can be improved by adding physical activity.

How to maintain a lean body all year round. Step 1. Stop dieting Dieting is short term effort that has an expiration. For example dieting for 3 months and after dieting you are back to your old ways which cause you to revert to your old physique.... Dieting has to be removed from your vocabulary. Instead focus on eating properly, putting the right nutrition into your body all the time. Does this mean you can’t have cheat days? The answer is no, you can have a cheat day just as long as it doesn’t become a regularly occurrence.
