Dear Fairview Clients, here are a few helpful suggestions that will aid with getting you in on time for your electrolysis treatment. Make sure your declaration form has been sent in the day before your appointment. 1. Call or text Evelyn to let her know you are downstairs. 2. Evelyn will text you when she is ready for you to come upstairs. 3. Once you have arrived. Clean your hands with the hand sanitizer situated on the wall in the waiting room. ... 4. Wait at the door for Evelyn to take your temperature with the touch less thermometer. 5. Place your belongings etc into the plastic bag provided. Leave your belongings in the red bucket. 6. Rinse your mouth for 20 seconds with the antibacterial mouth wash, (provided in the little white paper cup)and then spit the mouthwash into the sink. 7. Once you have completed these instructions please make your way to the treatment room. Thank you
