#SOLD. ACCEPTED OFFER WITHIN HOURS UNDER ASKING. Our client loved this building. There was no inventory and prices were going up quick.... Literally 2 minutes after this was listed we sent it to our client. 45 minutes later, we started working on an offer. Within a few hours of negotiations we achieved an accepted offer. No photos/ floorplan was posted yet since they literally just listed on the market, but we found similar listings and sent them over. It was a quick offer with a subject that allowed her to view the unit before the open house. That weekend, the owners held an open house while we were waiting for bank approval and it was LIT. Our client has been looking for a place to call home for several months and when she saw this place in December, she fell in love.... Farris you better get me this place. Offer date was on a Monday. Showings were on Sat/Sun. Process was simple. We booked an inspection at 8am on Saturday, I went to pick up keys and started to review the strata documents. By the time it hit 2pm, the general public attended the open house. So we were ahead of the game and getting ready for an offer. Monday hit. Deposit was in hand. Inspection/ Strata review completed.
