Hope you are all keeping safe and staying positive! We have decided to cancel the remaining events of 2020. As soon as we get the all clear to have large gatherings, we will be sure to add a few extra events to give everyone the opportunity to attend. Hope everyone is staying healthy and taking this time to slow down and reconnect with their loved ones. In an effort to help with this current pandemic, our team has decided to donate to numerous charities. We have chosen some that will help provide more ICU beds to hospitals currently overwhelmed with those in critical condition; as well as others that will help find vaccines/treatments for COVID-19 and improve emergency responses in the future. In addition, to help flatten... the curve, we have decided to change how we conduct business in order to ensure the health and safety of our clients for at least the next 3 months. We will continue to have review meetings via video conferencing (Zoom, Skype, etc.) or over the phone. Most documentation can be completed via DocuSign or scanned electronically. Cooking a delicious menu tonight with our clients! Chef Nicole is teaching us to make a grilled radicchio, pear, arugula and walnut salad with a pancetta vinaigrette for the appetizer, followed by two mains. The first main is hand-shaped fusilli with a roasted garlic, basil and plum tomato sauce and the second main is handcrafted agnolotti with homemade chvre, caramelized onions and wild mushrooms in a light butter sauce. Dessert is a blood orange granita.

Introducing the newest member of our team, Stefanie Umlas! She has over 13 years of customer service and administrative experience and is already a valuable asset to our practice.
