This video explains how to effectively provide CPR using compressions only and no rescue breaths. https://zcu.io/JZnF The risk of disease transmission is extremely low while performing CPR, especially with a barrier device. Traditional CPR (30 compressions and 2 breaths) is the best option for people who have been trained in CPR. If you do not have a barrier device, or have not been trained to perform traditional CPR, compression only CPR is an alternative.
