This video explains how to effectively provide CPR using compressions only and no rescue breaths. https://zcu.io/JZnF The risk of disease transmission is extremely low while performing CPR, especially with a barrier device. Traditional CPR (30 compressions and 2 breaths) is the best option for people who have been trained in CPR. If you do not have a barrier device, or have not been trained to perform traditional CPR, compression only CPR is an alternative. It will move the oxygenated blood through the body to the vital organs until help arrives. For more information or to take a course, contact us at (866) 706-7283 or visit us at https://zcu.io/Mhho.

Our training is back (with social distancing)! Fire Warden Training April 30, 2020 from 8:30 am 12:00 pm All employers have a duty to ensure the safety of their employees and visitors to their workplace. This includes having an emergency plan and training the leaders within their organization to understand their roles in an emergency. Good emergency plans depend on a company’s employees understanding what to do in the event of a fire or emergency.... This means that some employees will be assigned particular roles and responsibilities as Fire Wardens. This includes specific duties during an evacuation and specific responsibilities for ongoing safety or fire prevention. Proper fire warden training is important for these assigned employees to ensure they have the knowledge to carry out these duties. https://zcu.io/hwLt See more
