It is amazing how little most of us know about the state of our internal organs. We just carry on with h our lives and hope everything is okay down there. Those organs are major parts of our internal engine. Learning how they work, keeping an eye on them and keeping them in good shape in spite of our our diet, thoughts and feelings seems like a good idea.

We know how to get our vehicles tuned up, clean up our homes, get in shape, and defrag the hard drives in our computers. Isn’t it just as important to learn how to create space in your mind and in your heart?

Some things that happen to us do not make rational sense, have solutions, and do not seem fair. Going over them in our minds can just make use feel more miserable and the issue becomes thicker and denser inside of us, like cream whipped into butter. These types of problems receive limited benefit from more thinking and talking about it. They need a different approach to get complete relief.

Your life does not have to be horrible for you to be unhappy. Sometimes there is just one niggling issue that has not been sorted out and it’s bothering you in the background, like a pea under your mattress or a mosquito in your bedroom.

One way of thinking about letting go is to disperse and recycle darker and denser energy that has accumulated inside you that has to do with some issue from your past.

Trauma does not always result from a single event. It can be the pileup of several seemingly smaller events that were not completely resolved inside you.
