Todays BC Health Review was a complete disappoint as all orders have been extended for another month - Stay safe, stay healthy and hopefully we will get the box on in a months time.

Something you can practice

Adult fitness oriented boxing classes are open to anyone interested at our Sparwood location, in the basement of the golf course club house. There is a $10 drop in fee and the first class is free. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8-9pm.

We are canceling ladies night! You are still welcome to come to the adult classes. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's 8pm to 9pm

For all members, you will need to register with Boxing BC. This is all done online now. This is for recreational and competitive/sparring. Just go to boxing.bc.ca If any problems ask and i will try and help.
