Our small team is growing! We stay open late (when we’re allowed to!), play great music, and our entire team - including bac...k of house - is front and centre. Role Descriptions Sous chef We’re looking for an experienced cook to join our small team as sous-chef. Someone who loves food, has a strong desire to collaborate, and wants to prep and work service in a fun, caring environment with other passionate hospitality professionals. Our ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities and the desire to grow as part of the Field Guide team. Cook We’re looking for someone who loves food, has a strong understanding of what we do, and wants to work hard in a fun environment with other passionate hospitality professionals. Strong prep and service experience is an asset, but a good balance of work ethic and character is what we value most. Is one of these people you? If you haven't already heard: we are reopening for dine-in service starting on Wednesday, January 13! You can now make reservations online in the same place you order takeout (which will also be back on the 13th)! https://www.exploretock.com/fieldguide Nat and Keegs are working on updated menu offerings so there will be exciting new dishes and cocktails! Of course, masks must be worn when you arrive and anytime you leave your assigned table/seat. Hours are limited to 10pm,... which means our last resos will be taken for 830pm to ensure an optimal FG dining experience! We can't wait to see you!

Cocktail kits & mixes are now available on the web shop AND on @tockhq (our takeout ordering portal). LINK IN BIO! We are really happy to finally have these in glass bottles. Please re-use or recycle them! Kits and mixes are all alcohol free. Dehydrated garnish is included where necessary and each label has instructions and spirit recommendations. These make a great bring-along if you are going to a smol gathering and want to impress! The cocktails need to be r...efrigerated and consumed within one week so they are *not* something you wanna put in a stocking or under the tree! The orgeat has a longer shelf life but still needs to stay cold. All recipes by @keeganmakescocktails Pssst! This is your reminder to fill your ice cube trays!!!
