It's TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY and we cannot be more proud to announce our latest Markham Champ. In fact, our champ is no stranger to y'all as this is his THIRD time with the belt! Within the past 6 weeks, Roupen lost 15.2 pounds, 3.5% body fat and gained 15 strength points!
