This memory came into my personal feed today, so decided to share. It fills my heart I miss my clients and love my job. Caring thoughts to all
Besides the benefits of reflexology and other alternative health treatments, there are ways you can get PMS relief without having to rely on medication. *Does PMS disrupt your life and cramp your style? Painful symptoms and shifting moods force us to cancel plans. And the smallest trigger can explode and create even more distress. Needless to say, PMS really throws a wrench into things. The question is: Do you want it to stay that way? Probably not, right?...Continue reading
Hoping to figure out a mutually safe way to keep all my clients and myself safe, yet be able to get back to business. Please share your thoughts and wishes. My options are: a) see clients in my home office. With masks on and I would wear gloves. I would cover my chair with a sheet and replace it after each client. I would provide towels for your feet. ... b) home visits. With masks on and I would wear gloves. I would ask you to provide your own towels for under your feet. And your own recliner (zero gravity chairs work amazing!) I would have a sheet under my stool (to not share anything between homes) and sanitize my stool between visits.

Sharing this, not to tell you to trust this is the cure, but if you end up sick and having to just wait for the worst, if nothing else, it won’t hurt to try out. Regardless it takes nothing else but onions, which most of us probably have in our pantry anyway. Wishing you all well
Since I am not able to see clients for reflexology, I have been looking into alternative options how to help those who really need my services. I hope I find you well and safe. I have posted a couple of posts about this thing called tapping. This one is a great introduction what tapping actually is. It’s about a 17-18 min video well worth watching. ... Oh and I have done enough research behind it to highly recommend specifically #TheTappingSolution rather than trying to create any other videos to offer during these challenging times.
To skip ahead to the tapping, or starts after 6 mins or so.
I was given HOPE A pack of little cards with words of encouragement inside. This is one I opened today.
With these uncertain times, to keep myself, my family and all my clientele safe, I am unable to keep my office open for reflexology treatments, but I am hoping to provide alternatives to relaxation. If you have never tried EFT - tapping before, it is a great way to calming and balancing your body. https://www.thetappingsolution.com
Sharing for a friend organizing a social distance workshop. I hope to see you there! With everything that is happening now I think it’s safe to say we all feel stuck and not just because of Social Distancing. This workshop will help you dissolve negative thoughts, work through mental blocks and shift your mindset. All from the comfort of your own home! There also is a workshop next week where we release traumatic memories which will be super powerful! Hope to see you at one or both of these workshops!
Sadly COVID-19 has been confirmed in Comox Valley. If you are having any possible symptoms, or are hesitant to keep your booked appointment, please let’s reschedule. I am doing my best to keep myself, my family and my clientele safe. ... Thorough hand washing and sanitizing counters, shopping carts etc. And avoiding those who are ill are your best bets for staying healthy. Well wishes and sunshine to all Ran
During the scare of Coronavirus, it is good to stock your health up with sufficient hand washing strategies, vitamin C, zinc, tea and garlic, and look into your garden for prevention. Here is a great article about our healthy favourites growing in our own bac yard If you need to be medicated, remember to check with your dr or pharmacist if there are any adverse effects in any of the supplements you are taking.
