Are you worn out by the pandemic? You are not alone. Billions of people around the world share your fatigue. And it’s not just people. There’s one very important tool in the fight against COVID-19 that you need to remember. Your cloth face masks are probably worn out, too. If so, it’s time for replacements. SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19, travels in tiny droplets emitted when people breathe, talk, cough, laugh, sing, etc. Wearing a mask can limit the d...roplets you put into the air and, therefore, protects other people. Effective Dec 21 at 12:01 a.m., Ontario is moving six public health regions to new levels in the Response Framework. City of Hamilton Public Health Services ...is moving to GreyLockdown. Limit all trips outside your home for essential reasons only, like buying groceries or medical appointments. Brant County Health Unit is moving to Red-Control. Niagara Region Public Health is moving to Red-Control. Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Public Health is moving to Orange-Restrict. Timiskaming Health Unit is moving to Yellow-Protect. Public Health Sudbury & Districts is moving to Green-Prevent. As the holiday season approaches, the government is urging all Ontarians to continue to follow all required public health measures and public health advice. No matter where people live in the province, the safest way to spend the holidays this year is by only celebrating in person with the people you live with and celebrating virtually with everyone else. news.ontario.ca//ontario-taking-further-action-to-limit-sp
