It's the most wonderful time of the year! Last night we hosted our third annual Bounty of Booze in support of the Red Deer Hospice Society. It looked a little d...ifferent than usual due to the current situation we are in, but our Zoom-based fundraising event was still very successful. We are excited to announce we have a grand total of $2000 that is being donated to the Red Deer Hospice Society! On top of it all, one lucky team went home with our Bounty of Booze while others won some fun prizes along the way! Saturday February 8th, BNI Alberta South held their inaugural awards/fundraising Gala in support of 3 local charities that hold seats within BNI. First Call Restorations had the honor to participate in this incredible event and the pleasure of sponsoring a table. BNI Horizon won the "Givers Gain Chapter Award". This is awarded to the chapter who participates the most with/for the charity seat held in our chapter. We did not win the prize for the crazy hole in one contest but it was fun to try! Us here at First Call Restorations take pride in the community we serve. Part of how we show that is by supporting local charities like Red Deer Hospice Society. The service they provide is priceless to families and residents. They recently completed an expansion to better serve our community. "The Red Deer Hospice house now features 16 resident rooms, an expanded kitchen, multiple family sitting areas as well as multi-purpose rooms for respite care, education opportunities and day programs. the expansion allows us to help an additional 100 residents and their families with palliative end-of-life care each year."
