Work has been so busy that we haven't had a chance to post lately, but here is a a before and after of a loft bedroom we did downtown. Turned out great!

Some more Before & After photos of a recent project! This is the second project we have done for this client - it’s nice when we get to work with the same people again. We were hired to update their living room and dining room, and renovate one of their bathrooms. We hope everyone has a great long weekend and a fun Canada Day!

Built in bookshelves have been one of our most popular requests lately! It's fun being asked to help someone sell their house - some minor changes can make such a big difference! Here are some BEFORE & AFTER photos of a house we just did. When preparing a house to sell we try to work with as much of the client's furniture as we can to keep the cost down.

We're just finishing up a staging job in downtown Kingston - the house will be going on the market soon. Most of our houses have been selling in under a week, so hopefully this one sells quickly too! We hope everyone has a great long weekend!

Here is one of the rooms we finished for clients that are moving to Kingston. The clients shipped us their art work and asked us to furnish the rest of their new home with local furnishings.

Before & After Photos - Private Café Our clients wanted to create a raw and unique space using recycled materials, where they could hangout with friends and watch films. Here are some before & after photos of a recent project. We had a lot of fun and everyone was happy with how it turned out!

More progress, it was a bit too busy in the kitchen today to get any new photos - electrician and tiler are working in there. Here is a photo from yesterday of the new pantry.

Finally a moment to post some more photos of the kitchen job. It's taking shape, the floor is in, painting is done, and cabinets are going in. Did I mention the new beautiful window! Taylor and I love the window.

More progress - the painting is well under way, the new window is going in, tomorrow the hardwood floors and trim....next week we will be ready for the kitchen cabinets!!

Plumbing, insulation, electrical rough-ins are done, and the drywall is up. Tuesday the taping and mudding of the drywall begins. I am excited to see the new enlarged window go in, it is really going to open up the space. You can also see the new tiny powder room taking shape.

The trades are making great progress. The space is now cleared out - the bathroom has been removed to make room for a larger kitchen and a small powder room. Next comes the electrical and plumbing.

We have been busy working on some fun projects. We thought you might enjoy watching the progress. This is a semi attached downtown home, that we are preparing to sell. We will start by posting a few BEFORE photos of the kitchen and bathroom. We will try to keep you updated as the project moves along.
