A healthier way to celebrate St. Paddy's Day! Throw on a green shirt and whip up this Avocado Ranch Dip! Ingredients: 2/3 cup mashed avocado... 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 3 tbsp milk 2 tsp dried parsley 1 1/4 tsp white vinegar 3/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried dill 1/4 tsp garlic powder salt to taste Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Serve with mixed veggie skewers or crackers for an all around healthy snack. Enjoy!

Feeling the effects of working from home for the last 8 () months?! It's never too late to correct your posture. Try these tricks: 1 - Place your screen straight ahead at eye level. If it's too low, place it on a monitor stand. 2 - Sit towards the back of your chair with your back straight and your lower back supported. 3 - Keep your arms bent at an L-shape with your elbows by your side.... 4 - Adjust your chair height so your feet are flat on the ground and you're able to type comfortably. 5 - Rest your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest with your knees are slightly lower than your hips. We've officially entered Fall! You know what that means... it's pumpkin spice season! These energy-dense protein brownies will help you start off the new season right. Ingredients:... 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter) 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder 1/4 tsp (or more!) pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon Large pinch of salt Preheat oven to 325 F. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread into prepared pan. Bake on the center rack for 20-25 mins. Let cool and store covered in the fridge.
