By popular demand, we're continuing with April-challenge class times into May! :) ++SATURDAY MORNING EXERCISE-CLASS TIMES!++ FIRST CLASS is 9:20 a.m. to 9:50. SECOND CLASS is 10 a.m. to 10:30. Note that the gym will be open at 9:10 a.m. for you to stretch and warm up. To attend, you MUST pre-register by messaging us which classes you want to attend: 1, 2, or 1 and 2.

++10 A.M. SATURDAY 'ORANGE' WORKOUT!!!++ That means masks on during class and staying 10 feet apart. Still, you get to be in same space as other human beings, which is pretty cool if you happen to like other humans. Please message us to reserved your spot for this class as space is limited. :)
