Ok! It's time to get down to business. It is officially November 1st and that means in ONE MONTH December holiday events will launch in full force (AKA, you'll be slipping into your little black dress!!) Did you know the average person gains about 7 pounds from October to December?... Yup, I heard that on the radio (so it must be true). There is no better way to kick-start your new year than looking and feeling your best -- and with the launch of Core De Force this month, YOU have the opportunity to achieve just that!! I never hide the fact that I don't drink Shakeology. I believe in the product and I have seen first-hand the benefits of incorporating it into your every day life. I have seen it "heal" digestive issues, diminish symptoms of IBS, and assist in vibrant living. The feedback from challengers is astonishing AND CONSISTENT. I've yet to have a challenger express negative remarks, I have only personally had challengers express positive feedback. HOWEVER, it is not a product that I ...can incorporate into my daily routine as a result of my severe Celiacs Disease. SO!! I have been on a mission to find a daily shake that works for me!! HERE IS MY CREATION!!! I'm so excited and it taste like a booster juice!!? It is a superfood, raw, vegan AND gluten free creation!! Might look "bland", but I am so tickled-pink with it and am in love with the flavour Interested in the recipe?? Comment!! It's easy and I only used 4 ingredients!!

I think an important component to Beachbody programs that is not addressed often enough is the recommended whole-foods meal plan! I have had a few women express interest in knowing what I eat in a day -- quick tips and recipes to stay on track. Anything new seems "foreign" and so I have taken it upon myself to address the concern! Here I present to you: A DAY OF FOOD FOR MEG!... *disclaimer: my body is different from your body and so what I need to feel good, full, healthy and energized my differ from what you need! Additionally, this photo lacks the oranges I also ate and baby tomatoes I smacked on* Lets dissect this photo: 1. Top Left: spinach, mushroom, feta cheese, strawberry 2. Top Right: peaches and apples 3. Bottom Left: potatoes made into hash brown, slice of yellow pepper with an egg, strawberries 4. Bottom Middle: Banana 5. Bottom Right: spinach, pea shoots, mushroom, feta cheese, strawberry Easy, right?! And variety. Variety is HUGE. Whole foods are HUGE. Healthy does not have to equate to boring. Healthy does not have to equate to time-consuming. Healthy can be quick, fun and flavourful!!
