March Break update: We are open this week for March Break. At the moment we have not had to use online bookings, as our capacity and traffic worked itself out well. We expect added traffic this week. If anything changes with our booking / drop in policy we will try to update as fast as we can.... We tend to be busiest in the early afternoon for kid related activities, so keep this in mind if trying to avoid peak times. Also be mindful of group sizes, and limit spectators. Please be understanding with us as we try our best to navigate this week and give our customers the best, and safest experience we can.

COVID Update: Moncton is returning to the Orange phase. We will be opening again with regular hours on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021. Our kids class program will begin next week, the week of February 15th to 19th. If you are enrolled in a class on a particular weekday, please arrive on the corresponding weekday next week!... Thank you all, and we look forward to seeing everyone return!

COVID ANNOUNCEMENT: With Moncton entering the red phase, we will be closed starting tomorrow, Wednesday, January 20th, until the red phase ends. This is a very difficult time for all of us, and we appreciate the community support more than ever during this time. All memberships will be paused, unless you request otherwise.... Kids classes that were starting next week will have their start delayed, but we do intend to complete our full 10 week program when we are able to reopen. Much love for our community, and our province right now. Everyone stay safe, and we will come through this together.

We will continue to operate during this Orange Phase in Moncton, NB, as per the guidelines given to us by the government. As always, face masks will be mandatory in our facility at all times, including while climbing. We will ask that people are extra aware of their actions while at the facility in this phase. A wall mounted forehead thermometer will be installed soon for people entering the building.... Stay safe everyone.
