The Black King Eggplant This plant produces good yields of large 7" long oval shaped brilliant jet black eggplants. Eggplants are remarkably versatile, taking on the flavor of whatever they are cooked with. They are very low in calories and fat, high in fiber, a good source of an assortment of minerals, and have a very low glycemic index.... A good variety for open field and greenhouse production. Does well in hot regions. Excellent choice for home gardens, it is very flavorful and has superior firm texture. Great roasted, grilled, or added to stirfry. Also perfect eggplant for making Eggplant Parmesan.

Luckily we own Agriculture land outside of Halifax! We will do our outside buisness there and sell our products here PLACE YOUR FRUIT TREE ORDERS AND TRANSPLANT ORDERS NOW! Good Morning! I am still getting a huge amount of messages in regards to if things are for sale yet........ a few more weeks everyone, plants like cucumbers, squash, pumpkins and all other vigorous growing plants can’t tolerate the cold at all, and they can’t be allowed to grow to large transplants( they won’t do well when transplanted). Tomatoes and peppers are wonderful but, they will die if transplanted now,the plants we have are here and are going to continue to grow unti...l a more suitable time comes in the near future for sale. Most of our tomatoes and peppers are being potted up now they have a great home for the next few weeks! Everyone be patient, it is still early

Hello Everyone! What a wonderful day...... ;) Anyways I have the inventory completed for this growing season. So because the website is not up yet, I have to convert the files(can't post on facebook) to JPEG this was the best I can do at the current moment! This post will contain the fruit tree inventory and a following post will be the vegetable transplant inventory.... All products are POTTED, including trees, NO bareroot stock.

We are just ramping up transplant production!!!!! These little gems will be ready for sale early to mid May!!!!
