Chef At a Glance Michele grew up in Toronto, and also in the Eastern Townships in Quebec. Her combined Anglo and French Canadian background provided an excellent source of passive culinary education. Her sheer love of food and making people smile from the inside out, coupled with a touch of culinary training, (cut short to raise her family), led her to the ideal career as a Personal Chef.
