The City of Kitchener is currently providing limited children and youth programs. These are not FHCA courses, but take a look and see if there's something for you!
The FHCA is not yet able to provide programs, but the City does have some limited programming available. Join the Friday Morning Walking Group, every Friday morning for an outdoor trail walk, starting outside the community centre. Hey! That's tomorrow! Grab your walking shoes!

Another successful Forest Heights Community Association initiative has been completed! Our last sign when up today in Forest Heights! We sponsored a number of @heart beats hate signs for distribution to Forest Heights/ Forest Hill community members who wanted to show their support of the movement to be kinder by taking a sign! Not everyone was comfortable with having their picture taken and that was fine by us! What mattered was that they took the sign and showed their support. The opportunity to meet and talk with our community members was an added bonus of this initiative! If you would like a sign you will need now to contact Heart Beats Hate directly, you can get a sign no charge until the end of the month from them, after that they will require you to cover the cost of the sign!
The sign fairy has been hard at it! One sign left, for a good home in Forest Heights or Forest Hill! Keep the Heart Beats Hate movement going! Let us know and we will get our last sig n out to a community member! Once this sign is gone you will have to contact Heart Beats Hate directly for your sign!
