Wild foraged herbs, dried and ready for use in teas and in food. And pine-nut oil. Good for the skin, hair, liver, immune system and notably, a great oil to fuel the brain

In the winter months we eat denser/hardier foods to cope with the cold weather conditions. These include meat, fish, eggs, fats, oils, root vegetable, bread, grains and dairy. As winter ends and spring approaches it’s an ideal time to cleanse the body, clean the organs and prepare for the warmer months ahead when it is more appropriate to eat light foods My personal cleanse is as follows:... Day 1 & 2: one solid meal (root veggies, kimchi, eggs) and one liquid meal at night (superfood cacao drink) Day 3: liquid meal (puree soup) and liquids at night (light soup broth and tea) Day 4: only liquids (water and herbal tea) Day 5: only water (water fast) Day 6: nothing (no food or water- dry fast) Day 7: break fast with water and tea, then a small liquid meal (puree soup) then gradually transition to solid food All the while (except for Day 6) I take special tinctures and capsules with herbs to clear our excess bacteria such as Candida and Parasites in the digestive tract. And I take probiotic capsules to strngthen my digestive flora. HERBAL/CLEANSING TEAS & HERBS: Dandelion; Plantain; Burdock; Nettle; Schisandra berry; Chaga; Reishi; Shilajit; Pau D’arco; Peppermint; Tumeric; Olive leaf; Green tea *Note: Be safe and smart with cleansing and fasting. Start slow and listen tk your body. Always consult a health care professional before stating a new health practice or if you have concerns.

Made this for my family. I’m fasting but I can still cook for the ones I love. I deeply enjoy making food for myself and others with love. I believe in a big breakfast. A breakfast of a king a lunch of a prince and a supper of a peasant It’s the best formula for digestion. You should go to sleep with an empty stomach.

Working lightly challenges you to avoid speed and power and rely more on coordination, timing and balance.

I started incorporating local wild food into my diet about 3 years ago and I can personally say the results are amazing. Over time, I used them more and more and every year I try to dive deeper into my use of them, trying to make them as much a part of my lifestyle as I can. Nothing compares to how wild food makes me feel. You realize very quickly why there is a difference between a wolf and a dog... wild animals have a level of resilience, stamina and power that their domest...ic equivalents fail to match. I suggest everyone watch this video by Garry, a leading expert on wild food nutrition and lifestyle. It's so simple, and just plain common sense. And the results are powerful. Thank you Garry for sharing such invaluable knowledge and wisdom! https://youtu.be/W4FNeiy5II4
