No family should ever hear the words that their child has cancer, and sometimes once you hear those words, you get admitted into the hospital with nothing packed or prepared. We have learnt every time we go to the hospital we now bring a go bag. One that has everything we may need. But we are experienced with hospital visits. Fostership they will donate #wellnessbags to those families with some necessities they will need. Sometimes a warm tea can be so very comforting while sitting in such a cold hospital room Message us if you have any questions!

Fostership is extremely fortunate to have these two amazing local companies come together to create some delicious tea and gift sets where part of the proceeds will go directly to Fostership or you can donate a set directly to Fostership in which we can include in our care packages! And out goes another Fostership care package today! We have run out of SkipTheDishes gift cards If you would to donate one to Fostership, you go online and purchase one there and email it to [email protected]! Any denomination from $10-$50 would be amazing for these families. When you have a child on steroids, their cravings can be epic. Or if they are nauseous, getting anything in them for nutrition is much needed!

With the help of Sarah Carmichael and her amazing mom, a Fostership care a package will be on its way tomorrow to Edmonton. A huge thank you to Chestermere Food Bank and the City of Chestermere for donating these backpacks to Fostership! 72 of them to be exact!!! These will be perfect to deliver our care packages in and then the families can use them for hospital visits and/or have it all stocked up and ready to go for those unexpected rushed emergency visits. @jessie short thank you as well!

I had never heard of this until this Christmas thanks to Kelly. They have started the white envelope tradition this year and @Fostership was the fortunate care program that was generously donated to. Digging the car out to deliver a Fostership care package to a fellow KAM mom who will deliver it to a new family for Fostership. Included in the care package is one of these wonderful heat bags made and donated by Mom and Tribe Co.
