With all the changes that have occurred this past month, I realized how much energy and joy I get from coaching- I miss seeing the improvements and hard work from my athletes and being on my hands so much! After seeing other videos, I thought it would be a great time to push myself out of my comfort zone and create videos based on my skills coaching! My plan is to provide weekly videos breaking down ‘How to do a Handstand. ... The videos will cover the beginners out there, progressing to more advanced options for those who are a little further along. As well, each video with get progressively harder so it’s good to start at the first one. I created the ‘At-home Tumbling group on my Fredericton Tumbling page to keep things separate so that when the tumbling programs will resume there will always be a place for athletes to post their progress at home. In the meantime, I would love to see any ‘At-Home’ work being done and how everyone is progressing in their skills! So please feel free to share your videos/photos. This series will run for 4-5 weeks (not entirely sure- going with the flow here). After that series, I’ll do another one on a different tumbling skill. Probably cartwheels (and their tougher variations), but I am also open to suggestions! Also feel free to share with others who might enjoy it!

Amazing submissions taken from the past two weeks of the Tumbling Multi-tasking Challenge! Not having tumbling classes, doesn't stop a tumbler from tumbling!
