Often times we use personal information that only you may know the answers to when we set up our passwords for various accounts such as email, social media, etc.... While you are taking a break from homeschooling your children, working from home, organizing your kitchen clutter drawer (we all have one!), or alphabetizing your soup cans in your pantry.....you may come across a quick ‘quiz‘ on your FB feed and think to yourself, I’ll play along. Be aware that by filling out these quick quizzes, other people may be able to figure out your passwords as well. Just a reminder to think twice before taking that quiz.......

Due to the ITF Instructore Course this morning (Started at 5:00am, up at 3:30)..... Stretching class will be cancelled today Friday December 11th... Class will resume as normal on Tuesday December 15th Sorry for any inconvenienc, however our instructors that were training in the course this morning need some sleep! Lol

Face to Face Class Openings!!!!!! Ftkd is pleased to announce that we have a few spots left to register yourself or your children in our Limited - Face To Face ...classes. Taught in our incredibly clean and loving classroom, and following all current COVID health policies, we are pleased to be able to teach limited numbers of students (<10 in a small group setting).
