As most are now aware, due to some recent unexpected circumstances, most cleans before Christmas have had to get canceled. I completely understand this is a major let down and it is completely understandable to be frustrated. We all have so much busyness this time of year!! But! What is NOT ok....is being aggressive or just bluntly rude!! Things happen unfortunately (at the worst of times) that we just cannot help! We are asking all FCC clients to please have patience with time slots you are given! While we try to keep to the time as much as possible, things can and most often come up that delay us unfortunately. The heat in most homes being a major factor lately! We will not rush to finish any home in order to get to another faster. Please keep this in mind when booking. Thanks!

From rusty to new!!!

As most of you are aware, there is a huge delay in responding to messages/emails, along with getting cleanings started up again for some! As well as those who have had their cleanings canceled/pushed off later than normal! To say its been a little difficult getting back on track after being shut down for just about 3 months would be an understatement!!! I appreciate, so much, the amount of understanding I have received!! If you have reached out and have not yet heard back, please send us a message again and we will be sure to respond much more quickly!

I have some exciting news!!!! After 2 months, we have officially been given the green light to resume operations!!!! Although this is extremely exciting, things will be a little different for the time being.... We ask, if possible, for clients to have the house empty for the duration of the time we are there. If you are actively working in whats considered a high risk environment, please inform us and we will have to determine if cleanings can resume now or later for you. At the moment, we are unable to accept ANY new clientele. If you are a current client of FCC and you are not comfortable, or able to resume with your space for right now, PLEASE message me so I can schedule our days accordingly. With so many of you, this would really cut down on the time it would take for me to contact each one of you! I am sorry for any inconvenience these new guidelines may cause, but we are working extremely diligently to keep you and ourselves safe! See you soon, Kayla!

Well...we are halfway through our SIXTH week! Never did I imagine it would be this long! I am hoping that within the next few weeks, it will be possible to start operations once again!! While this is very exciting, things will be a little different for the time being. *We will be starting with the clients who were scheduled for the first week we closed* ... We will also be requesting that homes be empty, *if* at all possible. Fresh Cleaning company has been my life for the last 4 years. A business I have put my heart & sole into! A business that I truly enjoy doing and look forward to starting each and everyday. It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to immediately stop ALL cleanings. This was a decision that was not made easily, but one that needs to be made. It is the responsibility of us all to do our part in stopping the spread of Covid-19. No matter how many precautions we take, we fee...l this work is just to risky to continue with for the time being. I understand that not everyone will support this decision, but please understand that we can only go on what we feel is right for all of us, and not what other cleaning companies chose to do. The amount of love and support I have received over the last few days, in terms of messages of support, clients continuing with payments for their cleanings or simply wishing to purchase gift cards for WHEN business resumes as normal. Just a few things to keep in mind if you are a current client or inquiring... We will return all messages as soon as we can. It will not be likely you will get a reply back fast during the day time, as we are working and do not check messages at that time. Current clients- if you have a regularly scheduled cleaning etc weekly/bi weekly, then we will need to keep it as such. Moving your space around cannot always be accommodated.... Simply inquiring about a day DOES NOT secure a space unless you receive a confirmed time/day. We have been getting a higher amount of last minute cancellations. We understand that things happen and come up at the very last minute. But if possible, please try to give as much notice as you can with the understanding that we may not be able to reschedule until you next regular day. Thanks for your understanding!
