Freya has been working with the City of Quesnel and has 1 position for a 1 month training on a forwarder available in June and July. Applicant must be able to get to the job location on public road about 20 minutes from Quesnel. If you have the hand to eye coordination and the desire for a way in to forestry harvesting this may be your chance. Happy Easter to everyone in the Freya Family! The logging year is over and what an amazing year it was. We added many awesome new family members, broke all our old records for safety and production, and took many great steps forward. The new year promises more and judging by the fact our machines are still working there is going to be a monstrous pile of wood by the time we can haul again in few weeks. The logging world can be a trashy place but at Freya we are upping the class and taking out the trash.

The next generation, start 'em young, train them well. At Freya the future is growing.

Fun fact for Saturday night. Freya, a name of a lake just north of Prince George, is also the name of Norse goddess for whom we give the name Friday, or Fredag in Swedish. As in Freya's day. You are classy, self contained, productive and looking for a no muss, no fuss career where the work is as fun as the people. Generally we get home to PG at night, and we don't mind where you are coming from.
