Last week I started a nice morning walk on the Linear trail in Cambridge just across from The rare Charitable Research Reserve. It was a beautiful morning but fairly uneventful species-wise. However, just below Settlers fork I could see a coyote sitting along the side of the river on the Grand side of the island. I was luckily prepared for water and mud as i made my way along the shore until I could get close enough for some decent shots. Always a good day when I can capt...ure wildlife. Fall is here and the colors are magnificent right now with lots of reds and yellows. So...summer is officially over. The birds are migrating back south to warmer weather and the humans are pulling out their sweaters and long pants to enjoy the cooler weather and fall colors. While I am excited to see the many colors of fall, I am sad to see summer go.
