**COVID UPDATE** With the announcement of new regulations coming into effect we will be suspending all group fitness classes starting this Friday November 27th. We will continue to offer Open Gyms where you may reserve your exercise square and equipment for use during the hour to do solo training. The max capacity for each Open Gym will be 5 people. Please note I will be cancelling all classes on the schedule starting Friday so if you wish to attend an Open Gym instead you will have to re-book your spot. **all previous Covid operating guidelines are still in effect. Rules regarding zero symptoms, proper distancing, no sharing of equipment, proper hygiene and disinfection of exercise equipment/area etc will be strictly followed.
