We are so excited to announce that we will be reopening our doors on Friday, July 17th! Our new temporary operating hours will be Monday through Sunday 11 am to 10 pm. We have been working hard to get Funhaven ready for YOU and YOUR family. Safety has always been our number one priority and now we have an added emphasis on helping stop the spread of Covid-19 via adherence to the current local, Provincial and Federal guidelines which include temperature checks and face masks ...for all staff, along with additional training on Covid-19 protocols. In accordance with the City of Ottawa, we encourage all guests to wear a mask, however the following exemptions will apply: - Children under two years of age, or children under the age of five years either chronologically or developmentally who refuse to wear a mask and cannot be persuaded to do so by their caregiver - Individuals with medical conditions rendering them unable to safely wear a mask, including breathing difficulties or cognitive difficulties - Anyone who is unable to remove the mask without help We will observe social distancing guidelines with signage, as well as provide additional sanitation stations throughout the facility. Attractions will be sanitized between guests, where possible, and reduced capacities will follow government guidelines. We expect changes and will provide updates as more information flows in and government guidelines change, so please stay tuned for more information. All our safety protocols for guests and employees were checked and found to be in accordance with current guidelines. So, we will continue to employ them.
