Last year, we secured $2.85 million through partnerships to fulfill our end of a settlement we reached with the City of Toronto in 2018. The agreements require ...the City to hold up its end of the deal but it didn't. Now the City wants us declare that we have no right to the space and to leave. We filed a motion to require the City to honor its agreement. In one week, we are in court for cross-examination on this issue. We'll keep everyone posted on new developments, and will have details for you tomorrow about how you can help.
