If you are raking, or going by and seeing other people's raked leaves, please bring them to the garden.. Leaves make excellent compost, and are great to line the bottom of raised beds to retain moisture in the beds.. Please encourage aa many as you can to bring leaves to the garden.. If you are a neighbour, chuck them over the fence.. We'll look after them from there... 43 Gaston Road

Had lots of eager helpers when I arrived at the garden today..they were all a good help..got most of the protruding rocks out of the pathway, some drainage done, buildup of some more rock walls, and enhancing of a natural pond..
