Good Morning Thunder Bay! We are buried in snowshoe orders today and working hard to have them ready for Curb Side pick up! (It is obvious that Joe is struggling to try and keep up with the demand) Just as a reminder, we are open today (December 31st) from 9:30am - 12:00pm for order pick ups! We will be closed January 1st, 2nd and 3rd, but will resume our provincial wide lock down hours on Monday January 4th. (Monday to Friday from 10am - 3:30pm)... Good Afternoon Thunder Bay! Once again, we would like to thank our customers for the outpouring of support we have received this year. Although it is not business as usual we appreciate everyone working with us as we try to navigate through these unprecedented times. You are all truly wonderful! Regarding the Holiday Exchange Policy, this will be run from December 29th to January 7th, 2021. This will have to be done Curbside as we are not able to have customers in our sho...wroom. Please use the website as a tool to find what you would like to exchange your holiday gift for! Once you have selected your item(s), please call the store at 807-345-0001 and one of the associates will pull your selections for you. Once completed, you can come to the store to exchange your items. Please remember that this will have to be done curbside and may take a little longer than usual. Have your Holiday GIFT exchange receipt handy as this will be mandatory in order to finalize this transaction. We understand this may be a little more challenging than usual, but we are trying to make this as simple as possible for our customers as well as the staff. Thank You. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy!

Gear Up Friends: I would like to go over a few important points with all of you :) * In order to keep staff and customers compliant with distancing measures, we are still only letting 6 of our fabulous customers in the store at one time. * The most efficient way to shop with us would be to browse our website [email protected] prior to coming into the store. It's kind of like making a grocery list before heading to the grocery store (even tho I always leave mine at home) This... way, you would have an idea of what you would like to see/ try on. * Masks are required to be worn by all customers coming into the store. If you have forgotten yours (it's with the grocery list :), we always have extra masks on hand. Just ask one of our amazing staff. * If you cannot wear a mask for any reason, or you are not comfortable shopping with us in person, you can always shop online and pick up curb side. October 5th started the 14th annual Winter Coat drive. This year we have changed things up a bit. When dropping off your donation, we ask that each coat be placed in a clear plastic bag with the gender and size written on it. We have donation bins located outside on the right hand side of the store for the coats to be placed it. In case you are not aware of our location, we are at 894 Alloy Place. We are also accepting monetary donations on behalf of Shelter House inside the store. From all of us at Gear Up For Outdoors we want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone that helps out this year.
