No matter how advanced you may be in the hobby, never confuse your forums and groups with real expert advice. The law of infinite knowledge demands as many sources as possible, and what better source than the veterinarians and biologists who have dedicated their lives to healing our best friends? Here are a few reliable sources of medical care for aquatic and/or exotic pets, that I use in my day to day life. WETWEBMEDIA (Fish, Invertebrates etc. - Fresh/ Salt/Brackish - Fr...ee help advice for hobbyists from other hobbyists, biologists and experts) http://www.wetwebmedia.com/wwmadminsubweb/question_page.htm --- SERIOUSLY FISH (Freshwater Fish - Detailed species profiles and care guides written by biologists and experts) https://www.seriouslyfish.com/ --- CAUDATA (Axolotls, Newts, Salamanders etc. - Free advice for hobbyists from hobbyists, biologists, experts and veterinarians) https://www.caudata.org/ --- Know any other resources for care advice that might be helpful to other hobbyists? Feel free to add them in the comments, so I can add them to the list. --- NOTE: These resources are not intended to be a substitute for veterinary care in a medical crisis. If you need HERP VETS: https://arav.org/ FISH & AQUATICS VETS (The only list I could find was for the UK, but for BC locals we have at least one that I know of, Dr. Adrian Walton at Dewdney Animal Hospital in Maple Ridge.) https://www.fishvetsociety.org.uk//list-of-vets-willing-t/ --- Health and happy wishes to you and your families (whatever species they may be) this holiday. Finally, an answer to the question we've all been asking ourselves. Why do Marimo balls float? You might think the air bubbles formed by photosynthesis, but that's only half the story. Turns out these funny critters actually have their own circadian rhythm. Yes, they can tell time! --- https://www.sciencealert.com/marimo-moss-balls-aegagropila-

Long fin calico bristlenose Ancistrus eggs got evicted from their cave! Into the breeder basket with a couple of cherry shrimps with them.
