So that happened. Docks in for the year, just in time for thw lockdown. It has been almost two years but we remembered how to do it. Thank you Diane Barr, Jeff Garms, Brad Harris and James Rourke. Last row. Maybe. Great day absolutely. Awesome November row with a great group of GBRC rowers.

Last official row of our 2020 season at GBRC. Upon reflection we had a truly great season. Mostly because of the incredible group of rowers. Today was just another example of this. We had representatives from our youth, new member, competitive masters, recreational rowers and family members supporting. A full group of great people everyone offering to help no self serving no personal agendas, just everyone acting as one crew. With covid we had our challenges but as a group we... over came. Everyone respected personal space, wore masks. Being respectful of others putting others first and being respectful of not only the rules but the intent of the rules. When asked everyone felt safe and respected. We have several people who would be considered at risk and as a group we made sure no one was placed at risk or in a situation in which they were uncomfortable. As the sun sets on 2020 we look forward to 2021, a return to racing, seeing old friends we missed this year and a stronger crew from GBRC. See everyone in the spring, show up race ready!

Great event at thw Muskoka Fall Clinic. An amazing group of covid compliant competitive competitors. Time trial and Purcerverance event. Thank you to Mike Purcer for an amazing day. Thank you to Carol Purcer for the support. A huge thank you to all of the volunteers for their support. Thank you to to Glenn Weatherill and McLean and Dickey for the refreshments. Muskoka Springs , BackFitPro, Swiss Chalet and Arvin Gulati for lunch. And all of the participants, ehat a great day and amazing group. Even with a raging tail wind!

Incredible morning today. Right up until the 50 k winds and rain hit.

We do things differently this year and I am looking forward to the camp at the Muskoka Fall Clinic. Two chances for video, one at head race pace and the other at sprint pace. Also a session to discuss technique, including classic opportunities to improve speed and for me another chance to promote the Dynamic Recovery. Very limited space is available.
