What would it take? On Jan. 9, 2018, Council heard a request to lift a ‘Holding’ provision and give recognition to an undersized lot with deficient frontage created prior to 1981. The property is located in a back bay in a coastal community. The Official Plan does not obligate Council to approve development on lots of this size if they were created prior to1981.
