This house was vacant for some months and nature took it's course. Now the neighbors and the new owners are all happy.

This was a doubel garage, existing washroom, and family room that was changed into a spacious one bedroom and den suite. We did not had a chance to take pictures of the bedroom and den but the major renovations were the garage that was changed into a kitchen, dining room and living room.

Replacing some lawn, crushed rock and concrete slabs with paving made this backyard more attractive and easier to maintain. Closing the bottom of the fence and deck to keep puppy safe and putting a staircase railing on to keep baby safe.
