Woohoo!! Just received this message from Airbnb, 14x’s Superhost!! So grateful to have so many wonderful, conscientious, appreciative guests especially during these difficult times!!

We are back! As you can imagine, we have many apprehensions. Our primary concern is the well-being of our guests and our employees. We have implemented strict disinfecting/cleaning procedures for our condos & will have a guest-free suite for 24 hours between bookings. Some of our cleaning procedures are as follows: -Sweep and steam clean all floors -Sanitize all surfaces (light switches, remotes, doorknobs, tables, night stands, taps and appliances) Change all bedding and ...towels each time we clean. -Wipe down outdoor furniture with disinfectant. -Vacuum. -Wipe down all garbage cans with disinfectant. -Normal cleaning for tubs, showers, toilets and sinks with disinfectant. Once you check-in, our housekeeper will not enter your suite. During these unpredictable, changing times some facilities & services may or may not be available.
