2020 is on its way out with all the challenges, heartbreak, uncertainties and unprecedented events but in all, we are grateful for all the lessons... Love wins at last Pandemic or Not Dayo and Arama’s Intimate wedding Dayo and Arama nearly gave up on having the wedding of their dreams scheduled for June 28, 2020. After about 14months of wedding planning with Glitz and Glam Events Company, the originally scheduled venue enforced their force majeure clause 2 months prior to the wedding due to the ongoing pandemic and poof all seemed to be lost. Needless to say we were alldevastated but kept our heads up high. Vendors we...re notified and the wedding was officially cancelled! Yikes! Fast forward to June 15th, Arama (Bride) reached out to let me know that the wedding was back on! Whoo hoo! There is a new venue and an entirely different direction for the wedding due to the pandemic. Our team was so excited to marry this 2 lovely couple and gladly accepted to plan this intimate wedding! The only caveat, they were keeping the original wedding date and we have 13days to plan! My response, Challenge Accepted! This could not have turned out more beautiful as Dayo and Arama together with their family and friends tied the knot as planned. They were the sweetest couple from the beginning and we couldn’t be happier for their union. It was indeed an honor to have been a part of their wedding plans both times. This beautiful intimate wedding took place in the Grand ball room of the Fairmount Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
