What a Year... There has been so many positives in 2020. We are very thankful for our community and so proud of all of our athletes. We’ve decided to shop loca...l to show some appreciation to all of our loyal, dedicated, amazing members. We want to thank Refined Fool Brewing Co. and Global Donuts & Deli for working with us to provide you guys the best edible gifts we could think of. It’s a small way for us to say thank you for sticking by us through all of these uncertain times. Class, open gym, and training clients - Be sure to pick up your gifts from December 21st to December 24th!! Unfortunately, there has also been a lot of negatives this year that are outside of our control. With much frustration and sadness - sources are signalling towards a provincial wide lock down starting December 24th. We will await the official announcement tomorrow, but we wanted to prepare you for the news. If this is the case, we will continue with class and open gym times as normal and then temporarily cease all services until further notice on Dec. 24th. With that said, We will be fully prepared for this with several options for all of our members and the reallocation of team training and existing memberships. In these times we need to focus on what we can control. Although it isn’t ideal, we can control our training, nutrition, and mindset even from home. Stay tuned, stay positive and enjoy your holidays!!!

OPEN DRIVE THRU OLNY FROM 6:00am-8pm. Some people are so surprised when they see we use fresh cut apples for our Apple Fritz and our Mega Fritters. How’d they think we did them? Say cheeeeese the photographer of this photo said. Well, that saying is going the way of the hand shake. Im glad the adage, Give and thou shall receive still holds true. You know folks even in the midst of all the angst we’re all feeling nowadays we all have something we can give and it doesn’t have to be materialistic. I feel blessed that we at Global Donuts & Deli were able to help another noble organization like the Women’s Interval Home Sarnia Lambton and Sexual Assault Survivor Centre. We did this to coincide with the anniversary of l’Ecole Politechnique de Montreal massacre where 30 years ago some nut killed 14 women for being...women.
