Ticket holders will receive an email soon regarding our refund process. You are also welcome to transfer your ticket to 2021. Everyone who transfers their ticket to GL...OW in 2021 will receive $5 in GLOW Bucks. Stay safe, enjoy the season with your immediate family, and do your part to help flatten the curve in Alberta. Initially scheduled to begin on November 18th, GLOW Christmas Edmonton is postponing its opening until Saturday, November 28th. In consultation with Alberta Health Services, local GLOW owner Shannon Van Norman has made the decision to temporarily suspend her event to help flatten the curve in Edmonton. It’s important to do our part right now, says Shannon Van Norman. I have full confidence in the COVID-19 protocols we have in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday se...ason experience, and I believe in the temporary shutdown now in place in Edmonton. I look forward to seeing all our GLOW guests in two weeks. We are preparing a few options for your tickets: 1. Exchange your ticket for another date this year; 2. Support GLOW Christmas by moving your ticket to 2021; 3. Refund your ticket; We will be reaching out to you if you purchased a ticket for any date until November 27 and we thank you for your understanding and patience during these uncertain times.
