Our Confirmation Screening Text is sent out 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This message includes instructions by the Ministry of Health Ontario, as well as our own Protocols & Procedures at Glow Lounge. We are actively doing our part in eliminating paper & waste to our environment by sending out this text message. It is mandatory to read the screening text before confirming and arriving to the appointment. . As most of you already know, since re-opening in February... ** Our Protocols & Procedures state that we require 4 weeks duration after receiving ANY vaccination before visiting our Wellness Spa. ** . We are well educated on 'Viral Shedding' (vaccine shedding is a normal mechanism that facilitates viral transmission and can be induced by certain vaccines. This is stated in the Manufacturers' inserts). However, this new vaccine operates differently and we just don't know enough about it yet, so our protocol will remain the same for now (4 weeks). Scientists are still learning and discovering many things, so this is for the safety of everyone involved- our staff and our other clients. . Please keep this in mind when booking your future appointments with us. If you currently have an appointment with us that conflicts with this time frame, please let us know and we'd be happy to accomodate you.
