While we wait for golf courses to open let’s brush up on a few rules. My ball is hanging over the hole, what do I do? Rule 13.3 If any part of your ball is overhanging the lip you are allowed a reasonable time to reach the hole & 10 seconds to wait & see whether it will drop. -if it drops you’ve holed out / if it doesn’t then it’s at rest.... -if the ball drops after waiting 10 seconds, you will incur 1 penalty stroke added to the score of the hole Nooo, shouting at the ball or stomping on the green won’t help it get in there, you’re not Happy Gilmore!

With the current situation we ask that you follow these recommendations: check your tee time on web site, please do not congregate in groups when you arrive at the course.... exchange your score card with the opposing twosome and deposit in the PCGA box at the end of your round. do not retrieve your score card to avoid cross contamination. members may choose to enjoy the round of golf but not enter a score card. always maintain required physical distance. no practice facilities available. no restaurant facilities available or beverage carts. snack bar & halfway house will be open. washrooms available only in club house. leave promptly after your round. enjoy your day, don’t forget your food & drinks. PCGA 1st event at Kings Forest G.C. Hamilton First event of the season played under very different circumstances. Beautiful day, challenging course, social distancing. PCGA members please be reminded that you are required to keep your own score, take a picture of the score card and turn in your card to the PCGA box before leaving the course.

Hopefully clubs here buy this so golf could be somewhat normal.
