In accordance with the new stay-at-home order, our doors will be closed to the general public commencing Thursday, April 8. Shingles Vaccination (Shingrix) available for Ontario residents aged 65-70! Good evening! Just wanted to spread the good news that the shingles vaccine, ...Shingrix, will be made available through a publicly-funded immunization program from the Ontario government. This program will be starting mid-October and will be made available through your primary healthcare provider (physician or nurse practitioner). The criteria to receive this vaccination is: - be an Ontario resident - be between 65-70 years of age - have not received the Zostavax vaccination through the previous shingles immunization program - not be allergic to any of the vaccine ingredients - be healthy (no cold or flu symptoms, etc) If you would like more information about this program, please visit: www.health.gov.on.ca//d/shingles_patient_fact_sheet_en.pdf Please contact your primary healthcare provider to discuss if Shingrix is right for you, and/or schedule an appointment.

Flu Shot UPDATE: We’ve received our regular vaccinations (for those 64 and under) today! We are administering these on a walk-in basis (no appointments) Monday-...Saturday. With that being said, we are requesting that the walk-ins come in the afternoon (after 12:30pm), as the mornings are quite busy. We should be receiving another shipment of the double-dose for seniors in another couple weeks. If you would like to be on the callback list for the double-dose please call us at 274-5383. Please bare with us as they’re only shipping so many double-doses at a time to ensure there is an even distribution. Thank you all for your patience and we look forward to helping everyone stay healthy this flu-season. :)
