This year we are trying to use the online registration forms located on the bottom of the Events page as much as possible in order to reduce the registration time at events. If you cannot use the form for any reason, prior to the Event, you can email Bailey or Yves or text the phone numbers given for them on the Contact page with the information needed. Just spoke with the carp fair board this morning, after the announcement that the state of emergency has been pushed another 30 days they have gone ahead and cancelled the fair for this year also

Ladies and gentlemen, some of you know this already, we've been in contact, but our pulling season is not shaping up too well. Alot of fairs are cancelling and I suspect more will follow. The later ones in the fall are still undecided but I will let you know as decisions are made. For now the following fairs have been cancelled. Cobden Beachburg Richmond truck pull Lombardy... Shawville Russel fair. Most likely the CHEO charity pull since our only window is in July and it seems we will not be back to normal by then. Just added, Perth fair now cancelled also Richmond fair just added to the list of cancellations Carp fair just cancelled

Congratulations to this year's Winner of our Youth Points Award Wyatt Johnston!

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING For club members only. We will be having our AGM at the Carp agricultural hall on Sunday Oct 27th at noon in the bar room above the arena where we pull. Lunch will be noon until 1pm, followed by our annual meeting. The club is providing beef on a bun and drinks, the rest will be like previous years, pot luck. We have no access to a kitchen, so think cold foods. Salads, squares etc...if bringing something hot, bring the slow cooker or whatever you will... need to heat it. NO OVEN OR STOVE. Don Neil will be purchasing the beef therefore I will need an RSVP by the 24th at the latest with number of people coming and if and what you are bringing to the pot luck. A big thank you to Good Time Pulling Club for letting us do more testing on the MH1 this weekend at Perth Fair! We were able to pull at our low weight of 1100 lbs and test our dynamic ballast system at both 1300 lbs and 1600 lbs

Attention all Members! Carp Fair is TOMORROW night. Registration starts at 4:30 PM. Try not to arrive sooner as we are sharing parking with the cattle trailers and need to wait for them to clear out.

We'd like to thank our members, Jocelyn and Braden Smaglinski, Jacob Matteau, Jordan Stokes, and Russell Stewart for coming out to the Renfrew County Plowing Match and doing demo pulls in support of the Club. It was greatly appreciated and we hope everyone who came out had a good time.

We know that it will be difficult for some, but we hope to see many of you at the Shawville Fair this Friday. At the cobden fair watching some derby carnage, george is driving in fullsize, jacob is pit crew/back up driver. Organizers are looking forward to our show tomorrow, hope everyone can make it. We'll be here for registration around 8.30am. Pull starts at 11am or shortly after.
