Got part of this project washed and completed today. The stone with all the wood really makes for a welcoming entrance. Can’t wait to do the fireplace on the deck and living room! This home was built by N Burns Contracting LTD first time working with them! I am sure it won’t be the last. Their attention to detail is spot on!
Good start to this amazing home. The clear cedar soffit through the whole place is absolutely the nicest, I have ever seen. Going to be a show stopper!
Couple pillars, to finish off this beautiful entrance on this lake home!
Was back measuring the gate for this one of a kind job. All stone was all split by hand right off the property. A year later and we are still in awe with this project. Will be a hard one to beat!
Great Saturday on golf coarse drive!
Got the basement one done today! Those miter corners turned out sharp!
One of my favourite projects!
This stone from Cultured Stone was tricky to make the miter corners. Took a little longer then anticipated but all and all it turned out great!
Friday work! Love the wolverine ledgestone from Pangaea Natural Stone
Small but beautiful! This is a thin brick from Eldorado Stone called chalk dust.
Okay, now THIS is what we call a masterpiece! Granata Masonry completely blew this out of the park! This massive wall using our #naturalstone is a s...ight for sore eyes, we just can’t look away! Thank you to our Show Off Your Work Contest winner for sending this beauty in, it was worth the win! Some of my favourite pics from 2020. Can’t wait to see what we get to work on this year!
Another one in the books!
The homeowner dug this stone out of the ground 8 years ago. Said it was a patio of some sort but didn’t know it was there when he bought the place. I got the call from the GC few weeks ago asking if we can use it. I said yes. Kory Krasuin and I got it done in 2.5 days. It was clearly an old flag stone patio. So no proper corners. The stone was so cool had fossils and everything in it. Hard as a diamond to cut. But turned out great. The big one above fireplace is almost like a painting. This is it for 2020 for team Granata Masonry we are done till new year. Hope you all have a great holiday cheers to all.

One down! Pillars are always a challenge. But man they look good.
Had to go back to this site today. It’s absolutely breathtaking. All stone hand split by us right off the property!
Got this all wrapped up. Probably one of my favourite stones to work with so far. From Pangaea Natural Stone called wolverine ledgestone.
The smaller pillars take time to make look proper. Specially with the larger stones. Took 6 hours to do this but happy with the outcome.
Designer requested the pattern and coarsed looked. Not something I usually do. But we do what we are told. Think it looks good. Natural stone from K2 Stone 2@ and 4 ashlar.
That’s a wrap!
Transformation Thursday! We took the brick out and installed this nice stone from Eldorado Stone called autumn leave rough cut. Changed the whole look of the home.
